Pampering myself on this special day...
Headed to the west to get wet but the sign outside the complex told me otherwise.
Conquering the heavy traffic, I toured round the island via PIE and AYE and finally got back to the complex which I used to frequent during my 3 year of hostel stay.Was glad there was enough sunshine for my stay in the water.
Had a treatment which was long overdue, it was good to be able to relate to the ladies there and my funky hairstyle created a small commotion.
Afterwhich I rushed to get my present and I smiled broadly to the first familiar face i met.
Caught the movie "Proof" which I wanted to watch and I was happy I did.
Should be meeting you yet things cropped and I didnt mean to make you rush.
The wait was manageable and I was more than glad that you turned up eventually. A long waited meal but too short though.You are someone I hardly know yet the feeling of ease was stronger than any sense of awkwardness.
Had a good workout though was in a daze. The nice gui ling gao lady told me for the first time the small cup had run out and I had the big one instead. She gave me their number so that I can reserve one if it happen to be out of stock again.
Reached home when a birthday cake was waiting for me. My dear nephews blew the candle before I could. Am happy that I am home at last.

Oh yeshh, I didnt have a proper meal today: only an old chang kee curry puff, a home made yoghurt by zhiyin, one prawn and a half cup of gui ling gao.
